Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior System Administrator to join our small infrastructure team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our IT infrastructure. You will work closely with other teams and stakeholders to ensure our systems remain stable, secure, and up-to-date.

What you will do

  • Manage and maintain servers, networks, and IT systems.
  • Monitor systems to identify and resolve issues early on.
  • Assist end users with technical issues.
  • Perform backup and recovery procedures.
  • Contribute to IT projects such as upgrades and implementations.
  • Document IT processes and procedures.
  • Analyze and report on system performance.

Job requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Extensive knowledge of server and network management.
  • Experience with virtualization and cloud technologies.
  • Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.
  • Experience with security measures and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Team player with a proactive work attitude.
